How do you handle migrations with zero downtime?

We stage your site on our servers, sync files and DB, test, and schedule a DNS cutover with a rollback plan. Traffic stays live while we switch.

Do you include backups?

Yes. Daily backups with point-in-time restore options on supported stacks. Ask us for custom retention if you need longer history.

What uptime and performance can we expect?

We target 99.9%+ uptime with SSD/NVMe storage, caching, CDN options, and proactive monitoring. SLO reports are available on request.

Can you manage WordPress performance?

Yes—object caching, image optimization, CDN setup, PHP tuning, and security hardening are included on managed plans.

Do you install the SSL for me?

Yes—installation is included on WebDios hosting. We can also provide CSR/DNS help and deliver certificate files for external servers.

How do renewals work?

We send reminders before expiry, reissue the cert, and reinstall it. For EV/OV we guide you through any revalidation.

Can you cover multiple subdomains?

Yes—choose Wildcard SSL to secure your domain plus unlimited subdomains with a single certificate.

How fast is issuance?

DV certs are typically issued in 15 minutes once DNS/email validation is complete. EV/OV depends on paperwork but we expedite it.

Yes—keep DNS where it is during transfer. We add one year to your expiry and preserve nameservers.

Do you include WHOIS privacy?

WHOIS privacy is included for eligible TLDs. We also support DNSSEC and glue records if needed.

Can you manage DNS for us?

Yes—our team can configure records, set up failover, and work with your CDN or email provider.

Do you support bulk domains?

We handle bulk transfers and renewals with consolidated billing and reminders.
